Terms of Service

By viewing, accessing, or downloading your photos from R|A Studios, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Ownership & Copyright - All photos are the intellectual property of R|A Studios and are protected by copyright law. The Photographer retains full ownership of all images, even after delivery to the client.

2. Model Release & Portfolio Use - By viewing or accepting the final gallery, you grant R|A Studios permission to use selected images for marketing, portfolio, website, and social media purposes, unless a written/stated request for privacy is made before the session or before the gallery is delivered.

3. Liability - The Photographer is not responsible for lost, deleted, or altered files after delivery. Clients are encouraged to back up all downloads.

4. Agreement - By clicking the gallery link, viewing, or downloading your photos, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
